The rating of 1 means that movie is lacking in a certain area of film, whether that would be acting, storytelling, or just lacking in creativity, meaning the story isn't original in any way, and doesn't present something worth watching The Rating of 10 means the story is perfect in every way, meaning the acting is great, it tells a meaningful, well thought out story, and is something new and people will want to watch it.
